Thank you for choosing RÊVAGE! We value your support and are here to assist you. Please review our policy below for any refund or return concerns.


Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the product arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@revage.ca within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged product. We’ll process a refund or replacement promptly.


Exchanges and Returns

We currently do not accept exchanges or returns.

To avoid any sizing issues, please refer to our Sizing Guide or contact us at info@revage.ca for assistance before placing your order.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, except in rare circumstances.


Shipping Address Verification

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite details, before submitting your order.

RÊVAGE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after leaving our facility. For such cases, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.


Refund and Exchange Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to place a new order as we do not offer size exchanges.
